Please download 3D FTP from their website and install it in your system.
Procedure :
Follow the below FTP procedure for 3D FTP,
* Site Label: domainname
* Host Address: ftp.domainname or server ip address
* Port: 21
* Protocol: FTP/S explicit with data (Port 21)UnCheck Login as Anonymous UserEnter the username and the passwordServer Type: Auto Detect
* You can now start uploading the contents in your httpdocs directory by drag the contents from the local system in left side to server in the right side
