Description :
You can always check whether the DNS configurations configured correctly or not in intodns.com.If there is any misconfigurations due to which the domain will not resolve in some of the ISPs.
Required Information :
* Your website's hosting control panel user name and password.
* Your Domain control panel user name and password.
Procedure:
If you are using personal nameservers make sure that the nameservers which you have set in the domain control panel is set in the hosting control panel also.Defautly the nameservers will be configured if you host a domain.If you want to have personal nameservers edit the ns1 and ns2 record and enter the personal nameservers as ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com.
After creating the child name servers.
Note : If you are having the personal name server for any domain in the domain control panel,the same record should be update in the plesk control panel.
[1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 [ Example :https://www.crmcell.com:8443 ]
[2] Click on Subscriptions
[3] Click on Subscription name which you want to set the personal nameserver
[4] Click on DNS settings.
[5] Edit the following record.
To
[6] After changing the records,update and confirm it.
[7] Note that the change of settings will take 24-48 hrs to reflect at your end.
Note : Once you have changed the nameservers, reconfirm it in any one of the whois websites like http://intodns.com
