An email alias is simply a forwarding email address. The mail server simply forwards email messages addressed to an email alias on to another, the specified email address .This feature allows you to enable email Aliases in Plesk Control Panel
Required Information :
Your website's hosting control panel user name and password.
Procedure :
[1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 [ Example :https://www.crmcell.com:8443 ]
[2] Click on subscriptions.
[3] Click your subscription name.
[4] Click on mail tab and Click on the email id which you want to create a alternative email id.
[5] Enter the email address.
[6] Click ok.
