Troubleshooting : Mails are not working Print

Solution :
 
Please follow the below steps while the mails are not working
 
* Check whether the MX Records are pointed  properly [ Note : You can check the status in the url  http://intodns.com ]
 
* If you have changed the nameservers recently, it will take 24 to 48 hours to reflect which depends on the ISP.
 
* Check whether you are giving the domain name properly.
 
* Check whether the Email ID which you are using is correct.  
 
* Check whether the webmail is enabled in your domain, if not enabled follow the below procedure to enable the webmail
 
>>Login to your plesk control panel
>>Click on subscriptions
>>Click your subscription name
>>Click on mail tab and Click Mail settings
>>Select your domain name which you want to enable webmail 
>>Click webmail and Choose the option Webmail as Horde or Mail enable webmail.
>>Click ok
 
* Check whether the Email ID Quota is exceeded. If so, use the below procedure to increase the email Quota 
 
>>Login to plesk control panel
>>Click on subscriptions.
>>Click on the subscription name 
>>Under Account click on customize option .
>>Allocate the Mail box Quota value as 250 MB [NOTE : In windows shared hosting environment you can get maximum mail box size 250 MB only. For each mail box you can 
 
allocate 250 MB. Stacking of mails in the server is not allowed.]
>>Click Ok
