Procedures :
NOTE : Please note that we advice you to create the forwarders instead of using the mailing list. If we use the mailing list, it will generate a lot of spam mails which will affect the entire mail. From server side also the mails for all the clients will not be functional. Because of this spam mail generation the server ip address will be blacklisted in spam Database. Due to this the mails from the server wont work and genuine mails will not delivered due to this.
Please follow the below procedure to forward the incomming mails to the mentioned mail id:
[1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 [ Example :https://www.crmcell.com:8443 ]
[2] Click on subscriptions
[3] Click your subscription name
[4] Click on mail tab and Click on the email id which you want to enable email forwarding.
[5] Click on Forwarding
[6] Switch on mail forwarding [ KEEP THIS CHECKED ]
[7] Specify the email addresses to which you want to forward the emails
[8] Click ok
