Troubleshooting :
The following are some of the tips to keep Email Out of the Spam Folder
I.Make Sure your DKIM, SPF, Sender-ID, and Domain Keys Are Set Up Properly
If it is not enabled kindly follow the below procedure to enable the DKIM, SPF for your domain
Please follow the below procedure to enable spf and dkim for your domain.
[1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 [ Example :https://www.crmcell.com:8443 ]
[2] Click on subscriptions.
[3] Click on the subscription name
[4] Under Account click on customize option .
[5] Allocate the Mail box Quota value as 250 MB [NOTE : In windows shared hosting environment you can get maximum mail box size 250 MB only. For each mail box you can
allocate 250 MB. Stacking of mails in the server is not allowed.]
[6] Click Ok
II. Don’t use false or misleading header information
III.Dont send bulk mail it will be considered as spam and our server ip address blacklisted in spamcop. [Note: You can send 100 mails per hour from a single domain.]
IV. Do not send any image-only emails
Because of this spam mail generation the server ip address will be blacklisted in spam Database. Due to this the mails from the server wont work and genuine mails will not delivered due to this.
Please follow the below procedure to forward the incomming mails to the mentioned mail id:
[1] Access your control panel at https://www.yourdomain.com:8443 [ Example :https://www.crmcell.com:8443 ]
[2] Click on subscriptions
[3] Click your subscription name
[4] Click on mail tab and Click on the email id which you want to enable email forwarding.
[5] Click on Forwarding
[6] Switch on mail forwarding [ KEEP THIS CHECKED ]
[7] Specify the email addresses to which you want to forward the emails
[8] Click ok
VI.Avoid Large Attachment sending of mails
