Troubleshooting :

Please note that in shared hosting you will not able to send the attachement size more than 5MB via outlook and 2 MB via webmail. Note that if you send more than this size , then your ISP itself will block your mail.

If you want you can take a linux or semi dedicated plan for the particular domain where more mail size that is 8 MB compared to your current plan will be allocated.
