Important Update of Support and Service due to COVID-19

Dear Resellers/Customers,

The Health and Safety of our clients and employees are our highest priority. With respect to recent developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking extra steps to ensure the safety our staffs. Due to the impact of COVID-19, 50 % of our employees following "Work From Home", as you know till now you have got support via call from Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM. But due COVID-19 impact, majority of our Support Personnel will be focusing on providing Support via tickets and chat. Hence we advise you to use ticket support and chat support than call support. We expect your cooperation and understanding in this regard.

That said, we want you to feel confident when you come to use our support, we have implemented additional measures to help keep our tickets and chat support as much faster as per your expectation in this critical situation also.
